“Together with the community, we mourn the loss of one of the greatest advocates for Personal Counseling Services and for mental health, Norman Melhiser. We have also lost the namesake of our Norman Melhiser Samaritan Awards Gala. Norman’s name, legacy, and reputation will continue to live on, and we know he would be proud to see us carrying forward the vital mission of serving mental health needs across Indiana and Kentucky. Though he will be greatly missed, he will never be forgotten.”
