We provide mental health services to everyone desiring body, mind, spirit, and community wellness.
We accept the following insurance:

We also offer an adjusted fee scale for those uninsured based on household income.
Therapy
Individual, couple, and marriage & family therapy may be 45 minutes to a one-hour session.
Music Therapy
Music therapy, an allied health profession, "is the clinical and evidence-based use of music interventions to accomplish individualized goals within a therapeutic relationship by a credentialed and board-certified professional who has completed an approved music therapy program.
Medication Management
A level of outpatient treatment that involves the initial evaluation of the patient's need for psychotropic medications related to mental health or addictions.
Addiction Therapy
Serves the person's alcohol and drug problems more comprehensively with individual addiction therapy.
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program
Treats this mental health condition when a person has a problematic pattern of substance use that causes distress or impairs their life. One-on-one therapy and intensive outpatient groups meet 3 days per week for 3 hours each day.
Intensive Outpatient Groups (IOP)
Treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. IOP is intensive due to the schedule of treatment.
Play Therapy
Play therapy is for children, and counseling is for adults. It utilizes play, children’s natural medium of expression. It uses sand trays, character figures, puppets, and therapeutic games such as divorce, relocation, anger management, etc.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a a voluntary, work-based program that offers free and confidential assessments, short-- term counseling for employees without them using their insurance or making co-pays.
Azari Program
A therapy that works with first responders, dispatchers, their family members, and Veterans. To process the stressors and trauma that have invaded their day-to-day life.
